Mega Pontoon

Mega Pontoon is Marine Develop Marvel’s high-performance floating structure, engineered for exceptional load-bearing capacity, safety, and durability.
Designed for U.S. Navy aircraft carrier berthing and the mooring of large commercial vessels, Mega Pontoon offers proven resistance to extreme wave loads, buckling, and vessel impact.
Its advanced connection system ensures exceptional structural integrity while effectively controlling relative motion between connected modules.

Composite Concrete Pontoon

Marine Develop Marvel designs, fabricates, and installs composite concrete pontoons and floating bridges that combine concrete with fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP). By integrating the structural strength of concrete with the corrosion resistance and formability of FRP, the system is designed to provide excellent resistance to waves and impact while offering a cost-effective alternative to conventional steel and concrete pontoons. The composite design also addresses the structural limitations of conventional polyethylene (PE) pontoons, providing long-term durability as well as efficient fabrication and installation.

PE Floating Structure

PE floating structures provide a practical solution for locations where large tidal ranges, deep water, or soft seabed conditions make conventional fixed waterfront facilities difficult to construct or operate. Made of polyethylene (PE), these modular floating structures can be configured to create platforms of various sizes and shapes for use in marine, river, and lake environments. They are used for a wide range of applications, including fish cage farms, floating accommodations, floating bridges, and floating piers for small vessels. As berthing facilities, they provide reliable performance under wave action and facilitate safe and convenient vessel access.

FRP Structures

FRP pontoon structures are lightweight and highly resistant to corrosion, helping reduce transportation, installation, and maintenance requirements. Unlike steel structures, FRP does not require corrosion-protection painting and maintains reliable performance in marine environments. The interior of the pontoon is divided into multiple watertight compartments by internal bulkheads. This compartmentalized structure provides reserve buoyancy, limits the spread of flooding, and helps the pontoon remain afloat even if part of the structure is damaged. It also facilitates localized inspection, maintenance, and repair. FRP’s flexibility and impact resistance help absorb loads caused by waves, wind, and vessel contact while limiting permanent deformation.

Marine Wastewater Treatment Systems

Protected by a Korean patent, Marine Develop Marvel’s marine wastewater treatment system provides an effective solution for reducing water pollution caused by domestic wastewater from floating structures. The system is designed to treat wastewater generated by floating villas, floating accommodations, and other offshore or waterfront facilities, helping protect surrounding aquatic environments. Marine Develop Marvel provides an integrated one-stop service covering project-specific design, precision fabrication, and professional installation. Our system supports responsible wastewater management and the sustainable use of clean marine and inland-water environments.

Footbridge

A footbridge provides safe and convenient pedestrian access between floating pontoons, piers, marine structures, and shoreside facilities.
